Service Description
Our one-to-one training sessions are tailored to you and your dog, focusing on building real-life skills, confidence, and a stronger relationship. Whether you’re struggling with recall, loose lead walking, jumping up, reactivity, manners around the home, or simply want to improve obedience, we’ll create a training plan that works for both you and your dog. At Adventure Tails, we believe training should be clear, rewarding, and enjoyable. Our goal is not just to teach your dog new skills, but to help you become a confident handler who understands how to bring out the best in your dog. Suitable for puppies, adolescents, and adult dogs of all breeds and abilities.
Cancellation Policy
At Adventure Tails, the safety, wellbeing, and success of both dogs and their owners are our top priorities. We use balanced training methods tailored to the individual dog, focusing on clear communication, fair boundaries, appropriate rewards, and building a strong relationship between dog and owner. Our goal is to help owners become confident handlers while creating well-mannered, happy dogs that can thrive in everyday life. All dogs attending training sessions or adventure walks must be fit, healthy, and up to date with vaccinations or appropriate titre testing. Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, behavioural concerns, reactivity, or history of aggression before attending. Female dogs in season may be unable to participate in group sessions or adventure walks, although alternative arrangements may be offered where possible. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged in full. The safety of your dog will always come first, and sessions may be postponed due to extreme weather conditions such as excessive heat, storms, or icy conditions. Adventure Walks are designed to provide enrichment, socialisation, exercise, and real-life training opportunities. Off-lead activities will only be considered when appropriate and deemed safe by Adventure Tails. Payment is required before or at the time of your session unless otherwise agreed. By booking with Adventure Tails, you acknowledge that training is a partnership, and consistent practice at home is essential to achieving the best possible results.
